Was there ever an Arctic White finish (color) for an American Standard Stratocaster ?

I really need to know and it would help if the answer of the finish would be around 2002-2008 finishes or colors.|||you know what? I believe there is. I had a Stratocaster two years ago and it had the Ice Shine finish. But yeah.....Check with your local music store|||I'm pretty sure
