I have a hot water extractor that uses 19 amps with a standard american 110 outlet plug?

It keeps tripping the breaker, so what type of converter should I buy to avoid this and the most inexpensive one? Could I use an extension cord with this and which kind if possible? Any help would be appreciated!|||Harvey is exactly correct. Most American 110 volt outlets are rated for 15 amps, and wired with #14 romex wire, which is rated to carry 15 amps. 19 is more than 15 so you need the larger circuit, wire, recept, breaker and all. I'm curious to know what a hot water extractor is.|||You need a 25 amp or greater dedicated line.

New breaker, new wire (thicker than the stuff that's already there)

Someone to install it properly.

Someone to fix it if you didn't heed the last word of the previous step.
