What is the standard American beer bottle serving size?

In the UK most beer bottles come in a 330ml size serving, but others are smaller-300ml or 275ml for example. So what is the standard US size?|||I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this question, it gave me an excuse to walk to the fridge for a beer. The bottle of beer that I came back with is 12 oz or 375 ml, so it is roughly the same size as the UK beer, I wonder why.|||12 ounces.|||12 oz or you can get a 16oz size but normally it is bought in 12 oz bottles or cans.

translation:

12oz = 355ml (That's the conversion is says on the can)

hope that helps|||Most people will tell you 12oz, but in actuality it is 11.5oz or about 340ml.

12oz = 354ml (about) but most beers aren't actually 12oz.

11.5oz = 340ml (again about) and is more common.

Sorry, but most of us don't know metric even if it is the better system.|||12 ounces standard measure. You do the math. :)|||Here in the states a can can be 10 oz to 12 and a bottle can range that also. You can also buy a can bigger I think its either 16 or 24 or a guart.|||340ml|||I don't use the metric system, but the standard american bottle of beer is 12 fluid ounces. The sometimes sell 16 oz. bottles at the stadiums during sporting events, but the 12 ouncer is the most popoular.|||Twelve ounces (355 ml.) is standard|||12 ounces|||0,33l|||20 Fl Oz = 1 pint Old chap!

Americans neither make nor drink beer, you are confusing it with cat's piss
