These would be 8 1/2 x 11 inches; I don't want to buy them on eBay from the States and pay shipping.|||If you or one of your parents are in the military, you should be able to find them at the base exchange store. Also, German office supply stores should sell them since it is a fairly common office staple. There might even be a Staples somewhere near you since it is an international company.

It depends on where you are based. Somewhere like afnorth will have a large american store as it is mainly an american camp however if you are based somewhere predominantly british then the stores will be smaller. Also if you are not military you cannot shop there as you need an ID card to prove your identity.
Otherwise im not sure. From what i gather you are looking for plastic wallets for paper which i assume would be standardized in all sizes so try ordering off german amazon so that shipping is less.
