Books in standard edited american english?

Can you suggest a couple of books in standard/edited american english.


I searched the Internet but I am unable to find a list of books that are written in standard american english.


Any help is appreciated! Thank you.|||Pretty much every book written in America is written in Standard American English. It is considered to be so obvious that they don't say so.

American - British

Truck - Lorry

Flashlight - Torch

Elevator - Lift

Diaper - Nappy (Short for Napkin)|||UK English is the same thing except with a couple of u's thrown in...


Ie, Favourite = Favorite


Colour = Color


Grey = Gray
