How do I remove an American Standard pull out kitchen faucet?

I have disconnected the water, and the 2 plastic bolts on the left and right sides, but there is a brass looking plate that prohibits me from taking the entire assembly out. The line for the pull out sprayer is tied into this plate, as it bolts into a thread that comes down through the plate.|||Doesn't the base of the sprayer on top of the sink screw off? What I mean by this is the part of the assembly that the actual sprayer sits it and the hose goes through. Just turn it and see if that helps.|||unscew that plastic line in the center see that nut holding on that plate remove it then remove the faucet.
