Will heat strips out of american standard air handler fit in a new comfortmaker airhandler?

I have an older a.s. airhandler and I am installing a new comfortmake fem2 airhandler but can not find heat strips for it right now|||NO|||No, the heat strips are usually ordered as an accessory for the air handler.
