I have an American Standard Freedom 80 Furnance that won't startup. It sparks in the warm up mode and then shuts down. I have replaced the igniter which fixes the sparking. Me and the kids hage managed to get it lit in the mornings with a match or a lighter... But this is a pain especially on these cold mornings. I am not up to buying a new controller.|||Replace the thermocoupler|||Have you changed the nozzle?
